My fishing journey began at 7 years old when I would often go with my dad to the Angling club in Ayr waters, 2 hill lochs and the local river – and im now lucky enough to have that river in my front garden.

At 9 I got my first fly rod and quickly began fishing the fly only competitions with the adult section of the club. I definitely had the buzz and would never miss a weekend fishing at Menteith. I made the massive decision to go to Rutland and fish with the Rutland Raiders and my good friend Dave Murray. Dave took me under his wing and taught me to buzzer fish – Rutland on fire with buzzers hatching is a pretty special place!

Two years on and I was given the opportunity to join the Change FF team. I loved the visions Kevin and the rest of the team had and I’m now fortunate enough to not only fish with amazing anglers but also my friends.
