    The Change Hopper was first given to me at Rutland by Andy Everett and was a key pattern to helping the army win the interservices title. I have used this fly all over the UK and it has proven a top fish catcher on all lines. When I joined the The Welsh Hawks the fly was known as the change hopper. Andy had fished with change and it had proven successful for them and the Welsh hawks had acquired the pattern from change and hence the name now being the Chang Hopper.
